These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online payment facility provided by Dignity Funeral Care. By using this facility to make a payment, you accept the terms outlined below.

This payment facility allows clients to pay for our services by credit or debit card. Payments are processed securely via Stripe, a certified PCI Service Provider Level 1.

• All payments must be made in Euro (€).
• We accept payments using Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards.
• You will be required to enter a payment reference to assist with identifying the transaction.

Upon a successful payment, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact our office to confirm we have received your payment.

• Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• If you need to request a refund, please contact us with full details, including the payment reference and reason for the request.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to the original card used for payment.

• All card transactions are processed using SSL encryption to ensure your data remains secure.
• We do not store any card details on our servers.

Dignity Funeral Care will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from failed payments, user error, unauthorized use, or system errors beyond our control. Use of this payment facility is at your own risk.
