Our Portumna premises is located on St. Brendan’s Road (beside St. Brigid’s Church). It’s within walking distance of all churches. There is adequate parking facilities with room for up to 100 cars. The funeral home is discreetly furnished and includes a showroom, main funeral room, wheelchair accessible toilets and tea/coffee facilities which accommodates the needs for bereaved families. The Portumna funeral home opened January 2008.

In contacting Tony after Dad passed, we were met with such care and compassion, which no words can ever truly describe. In a very difficult time, Tony and Ger were gentle in their guidance, showing that they truly understood the trauma we were experiencing. From the practicality of helping us pick Dad’s coffin to the thoughtfulness in organising Mum’s ashes to be laid to rest with Dad, I will always be thankful for Dad’s choice of Dignity Funeral Care.
